Thayer Design Fellow

Full time at the Thayer School of Engineering

July 2017 - June 2018

After graduating from Dartmouth College and the Thayer School of Engineering in June of 2017, I took a full-time position in Thayer as the Design Fellow. One third of my time was devoted to independent projects, where I had the freedom to design and build new inventions using the resources at Thayer. The rest of my time was spent with students, faculty and staff, developing their projects, redesigning courses, and conducting research. I helped teach six design-heavy courses ranging from the introductory engineering class to the major capstone. I was a resource for everyone in Thayer, and it was an absolute joy.
