Challenge:

Partners: Design a custom yo-yo in SolidWorks, create the tooling for an aluminum mold using HSMWorks, fabricate the mold on a Prototrak Mill, and demonstrate the functionality of the resulting yo-yo.

Skills:

SolidWorks mold tools, HSMWorks, 3 axis milling, injection molding techniques. 

CAM Tilt Maze

Computer-Aided Mechanical Engineering Design

Challenge:

Partners: Collaborate to design one of two sides on a paired tilt maze, utilizing effective design communication. CAD and machine the design for the maze and utilize a snap-fit lid to seal the maze.
